Boosts... on the daily.

Some of my ladies have asked, so I figured I would share here. I'm by no means an expert, but I really love adding these little boosts to my routine to add nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, omega 3s, a little more protein, and some anti-aging action (because duhhhhhh.) to the things I eat and drink daily! .

  • collagen peptides from @vitalproteins go right into my coffee for a boost to my hair skin, nails and joints. I've been loving this!!
  • hemp seeds, for a tiny boost of protein and omega 3s... great in smoothies or salad!
  • bee pollen is a great anti inflammatory, immune booster, and can help with seasonal allergies. It's delicious in yogurt, smoothies, or even on top of peanut butter .
  • chia seeds for omega 3s and fiber, great w yogurt and smoothies!

Also, I bought all of these things through Amazon. Because life and motherhood.

You are all you need.

It might seem silly to someone else, but the alarm clock on my phone is set to the title "Success is a choice!  Go do amazing things!".

I realized about a year and a half ago that positive affirmations - or actively pumping myself up with phrases on post its, alarms in my phone, awesome pictures on instagram, following influencers who just get the importance of spiritual and mental health in success and happiness - make a HUGE difference in my attitude, behaviors,  and ultimately in the success of my business and personal life day in and day out.   Here are some of the people, books, sources, and places I look to for a little boost when I need to remind myself that it ALL comes from within.  The cheerleading, the messaging, the attitude, the drive - we have to know that we are enough.

That we have all we need to make it HAPPEN.

We'll be adding to this list!!  Suggestions welcome!

Each month, we'll be featuring a local business that focuses on women's health and wellness.  This month's feature is Women's Health Associates.

Wellness for Women has to be talked about with reproductive health - you cannot have one without the other.  WHA is an amazing, inclusive, holistic practice.

The midwives are nothing short of amazing and miraculous (they delivered my daughter) humans who care deeply about the health and wellness of women and girls.
